Physiotherapist - Experienced or New Graduate
About us
Trucare Health Group is a newly established business located in the southern Adelaide suburb of Morphett Vale and Flagstaff Hill. Our head physiotherapist is a titled Musculoskeletal and Sports & Exercise physiotherapist with years of professional experience.
You will be supported and guided in building and maintaining a successful caseload. You will have a variety of clients, including musculoskeletal and spinal conditions, sports, NDIS, vestibular rehab, cancer rehab, and Pilates. You will also have plenty of opportunities to continue to develop your clinical knowledge with weekly professional development sessions.

We are seeking a friendly and motivated Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our busy physiotherapy clinic. This role is casual or permanent part-time to start with, with the potential to grow into a full-time position for the right candidate.

Previous experience in a customer service, reception, or administrative support role (healthcare experience an advantage)
Excellent communication skills — professional, friendly, and confident with clients both in person and over the phone
Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with booking or scheduling systems
Attention to detail and strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Positive attitude with a caring and professional manner suitable for a healthcare setting
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a busy clinical environment
Interest or basic knowledge in digital marketing, including social media, online engagement, or content updates (training can be provided)

You will be the first point of contact for our clients and play a key role in supporting our team of physiotherapists. Duties include:
Welcoming patients and managing appointments
Handling phone, email, and front-desk enquiries
Processing payments and maintaining accurate records
Providing general administrative support
Assisting with digital marketing tasks, including social media and website updates

The ideal candidate will have:
Experience in customer service and administrative support
A keen interest or knowledge of digital marketing
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Good computer skills (Microsoft Office, booking systems, or similar)
A positive attitude, professional presentation, and the ability to work well in a team
