Hellen is an experienced physiotherapist originally trained in Brazil. Hellen holds a postgraduate qualification in Orthopaedics, Traumatology, and Sports and has extensive experience in musculoskeletal and sports rehabilitation, treating a wide range of conditions from injuries to chronic pain.

Hellen specialises in dry needling and therapeutic exercises, helping patients improve mobility, reduce pain, regain function, and return to sports or work. Hellen’s approach is hands-on and personalised, focusing on both recovery and long-term well-being, including injury prevention.

Outside of work, Hellen enjoys reading, going to the beach, exploring parks, and spending time with her dog.
